Selling Policy

A high standard of compliance with the following guideline outlined by Ceylon Plaza when listing products on platform shall be mandatory

Infringement of Ceylon Plaza policies may result in severe consequences, such as the cancellation of listings, suspension or forfeiture of payments, and removal of selling privileges.

❖ Furnishing precise, up-to-date information and accurate information to both Ceylon Plaza and customers at all times. It is imperative to use a business name that accurately represents business and products, should be listed in the correct category to ensure that the customers can easily find the information they need

❖ Customer information such as addresses or phone numbers can only be used for the purpose of fulfilling orders, it may only be used for that purpose and Restricting communication with customers to the Buyer-Seller Messaging system only and After the order has been processed, the information must be deleted. The use of customer information to contact customers, except through Buyer-Seller Messaging, or sharing it with a third party is strictly prohibited.

❖ Avoiding any actions which cause damage to any party who involved in process

❖ Not attempting to circumvent the Ceylon Plaza sales process including to misuse any service provided by Ceylon Plaza or diverting Ceylon Plaza customers to another website.

❖ Unfair practice shall including Providing misleading or inappropriate information to Ceylon Plaza customers including creating multiple detail pages for the same product or posting offensive product images., Manipulating sales rank, Attempting to increase the price of a product after an order is confirmed, Attempting to damage another Seller, their listings or ratings and sending unsolicited or inappropriate communications to customers are strictly prohibited
