Description

 Develop or assist in development of technical process mapping, engage with technical

IT & Finance staff and staff across the group as needed to ensure appropriate technical

capability and business opportunity are identified and documented

 To revise or create improved business/system procedures and functional usage of

common activities within IT & Finance and other areas to provide common, repeatable

solutions.

 To be proactive in suggesting improvements in technical processes and provide common,

repeatable procedures.

 Work with business staff across departments to assist in identifying value, streamlining

processes and identify valuable technical improvements for their work and that based

on value the work is properly scoped and delivered

 To proactively assist with the identification and implementation of tools to improve the

efficiency and effectiveness of the IT & Finance and other areas in delivering value to

the group.

 As appropriate develop or assist in the development of plans and proposals with clearly

defined recommendations, deliverables and justification.

 Provide or coordinate delivery of appropriate testing and testing materials to assist IT &

Finance and other staff with appropriate tools to verify delivery of ongoing and new

functionality per agreed scope and charter in case of IT & Finance or joint projects and

initiatives.

 Ensure integrity & accuracy of all proposed development solutions.
